I'd add a Rx strength azelaic acid product too. It will help fade the post inflammatory pigmentation you have.
Skinoren, or financea gel would be ideal.
If you're in Europe boderm do a 20% az otc product you can buy online. It's almost identical to skinoren.

[Before&After] Azelaic Acid saved my skin

I got a new derm in Dec who gave me Skinoren (20% Azelaic Acid)
I noticed a change within the first week of using AA in Feb. Instantly smoother and softer skin, my seb derm flare ups ... massively reduced
I use a thin layer all over my face - I avoid the upper lip/under my nose area, but put it everywhere else. Even in my brows a bit!

My derm didn’t mention anything about it, but I have tried an OTC azelaic acid before (10% one from The Ordinary) and it did help my rosacea and acne for sure! The prescription 20% is overall more effective, but the 10% will still work.
I got a new derm in Dec who gave me Skinoren (20% Azelaic Acid) and told me to use it in a month or so, after a month of using Metrogel and Soolantra, so to not overwhelm my skin.
