Seconding AmLactin!! Their daily formula is for sale at Costco!
How’s the smell for most of these? I’ve tried on and off to get rid of my KP for years, but I’ve found that most of the highly recommended stuff (AmLactin, etc.) smells pretty bad
Have you tried Amlactin cream? It did wonders for me !

I second this. I’ve been using it for almost a year now. I love it, staple in my routine.

Only Amlactin lotion worked for me.
I second Amlactin! I get noticeable improvement if used regularly.
Amlactin worked for me but the smell I really can’t stand.

Try amlactin 12% lotion and regular physical exfoliation.
What has helped significantly is getting a prescription for Spironolactone, Amlactin daily lotion, and an at home IPL machine.
Amlactin Daily moisturizer with 12% lactic acid is amazing. The directions say to apply it once to twice daily. I would start with once just to make sure your skin can tolerate it.
