Best Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin. My Honest Review & Recommendation

827 pts · 219 comments

I carefully selected 3 products and used each one until I finished the entire jar. - Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Cream - Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream - COSRX Skin Barrier Moisturizer
I really like the Dr Athena 345, it was my intro into Korean skincare. I have sensitive, acne prone, oily but dehydrated skin (FA, rosacea, and a lot of things breaks me out).
I’ve gone through a few tubes already of the 345 but I feel like it’s just ok, but my skin tolerates it and it doesn’t break me out so I haven’t tried to venture to another face cream.

Dr. Althea 345 Cream: Good no nonsense daytime moisturizer - lightweight under makeup
I actually find Dr. Althea's 147 barrier cream irritating so I don't recommend that

Dr.althea 345 relief cream: (~3 months) I got this as a slightly lighter cream compared to the S.Nature cream for the summer, expecting that everything on social media was just manufactured hype, so I was surprised to see how nice it was.
Medium bodied gel cream that seemed to gradually have some effects on evening my complexion.
It was not too heavy, but I preferred to use it at night time in the warmer months.
