Morning routine: - La Roche Posay effaclair duo (very small amount)
I use the Elta MD UV clear sunscreen as well. That plus MSM and cerave have been the best thing for my skin.

What are these little white pilly-looking bumps and how do I get rid of them?

I have used this product for years. Totally cleared it up for me.
I also use the effaclar moisturiser from the same brand.

Currently, i use ... the la roche posay effaclar dual action cleanser after at night
they had told me to use cetaphil cleanser, and vanicream and treinoin topicals.
None of which worked after using that routine for just under a year.
