Only wash in PM with LRP Purifying Cleanser or Vanicream Z-bar (zinc cleansing bar)
If I’m feeling too sensitive or having a flare up I like to use that Vanicream z-bar ...

In the mornings I wash my face with La Roche Posay Purifying Cleanser, moisturize with La Roche Posay double repair cream, and use La Roche Posay sunscreen.
Thank you!! Honestly I didn’t start seeing results until mid-January. That’s also the time when I switched all of my skincare products over to La Roche Posay; before then I was using lots of different brands and didn’t have a consistent routine.
I agree w someone else that you should add in azelaic acid

Cleanse with La Roche-Posay purifying facial cleanser.
Evening: Cleanse with La Roche-Posay (I don’t usually wear makeup but if I do I use Elf makeup melting cleansing balm first)

Also if you’re able, try the Toleriane La-Rouche Posay Purifying Foaming cleanser.
I also had weird dry but oily skin and my derm recommended this cleanser and i genuinely don’t think I’ll ever use another one it has worked wonders.
