What the community says

Pros

  • Contains soothing ceramides and lipid-friendly ingredients helpful for repairing skin barrier
  • Fragrance-free formulation appeals to sensitive and rosacea-prone users
  • Reported to provide a dewy, non-oily finish that absorbs reasonably well for a cream

Cons

  • Niacinamide can cause flushing or irritation for some users
  • Not moisturizing enough alone for severe dryness or tretinoin users needing heavier occlusion
  • Some report breakouts or increased redness, especially if skin is reactive or acne-prone

PM Cleanse: LRP Toleraine and/or Tula unscented
I've tried SO many routines over the years and in the end, simple is what works best for me!
LRP cicaplast is my holy grail as well. Beautiful!

For the redness u mentioned, I recommend Laroche Posay toleriane rosaliac ar in the mornings.
I would really recommend securing and repairing your skin barrier!
You really need to add hydration and moisture to your routine.

Prior to that I tried: All LRP toleriane and dermallegro products, they would only be ok for less than a week
All LRP toleriane and dermallegro products, they would only be ok for less than a week, oh and the cicaplast balm.
99 different brands of 'gentle' skincare and my barrier was so broken, my skin so reactive that nothing that could help, would help!

I’ve been using it ever since the original post and I consider it a holy grail too.
