Slow and steady wins the race. Four years using 0.05% Tret cream

But the most consistent thing in my routine for over the 4 years were a gentle cleanser (Neutrogena's Ultra Gentle Creamy Cleanser, CeraVe's Hydrating Cleanser, La Roche Posay's Toleraine Gel Cleanser are the ones I've used the most in the last 4 years), SPF 30, 0.05% tret and a moisturiser at night.

for moisturizer, i’ve been using La Roche Posay Toleriane
moisturizer is La Roche Posay Toleriane (I did use Dieux’s Instant Angel - love but also pricier).
I cleanse and take makeup off at night, then when dry I do tretinoin. Then I try to wait at least 15-30 mins to do moisturizer.

Routine: La Roche posay gentle torine cleanser
you can’t really do much else while on accutane only gentle products like a gentle cleanser, sunscreen and moisturizer like you’ve been doing.
My skin HATES all La Roche-Posay cleansers, I use a very simple Cetaphil cleanser which has helped my skin drastically.

Thanks for last time everyone. I'm happy to say that I have been making great progress in the past 5+ weeks and feel that I am in a better position mentally than ever.

I was also recommended a very gentle wash that has been very helpful to not aggrevate anything.
very gentle wash
Can I ask what’s the wash? Every single one breaks me out and I’ve had acne for 7+ years 😭
